How long will my order take?
Every piece is printed after you order. Production takes 2–7 business days, and total delivery is typically 7–14 business days from your order date. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.
How do I choose my size?
Measure a hoodie or tee you already like and compare it with our size guide. If you are between sizes, or want a looser fit, size up.
What if the size is wrong?
Email support@luma-style.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We reprint the same item in your correct size at 50% off, and you do not need to ship anything back. One swap per order; applies to sized apparel.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Email a photo to support@luma-style.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you and with nothing to ship back.
Is this protective riding gear?
No. LUMA is streetwear for wearing off the bike. None of it is designed, tested or certified as protective motorcycle equipment.
Do I need to ride to wear it?
No. The graphics come from riding culture, but you do not need a bike to wear them.

How do I care for the print?
Wash hoodies and tees inside out in cold water and avoid high heat. That helps graphics last longer.
