RETURNS: 30-Day Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover return shipping in full and process your refund immediately.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Most LUMA apparel is produced specifically for your order. Made-to-order items can only be returned or exchanged if there is a defect, damage, wrong item, or production issue. We do not accept made-to-order returns for reasons like changed your mind, fabric preference, or ordering the wrong size, unless we approve an exception at our discretion.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
FABRIC & DESIGN
Our hoodies and apparel are made from 100% performance polyester with sublimation print. This is clearly noted on every product page. We don't accept returns based on fabric preference or design expectations — please review product details before ordering.
EXCHANGES (Free)
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on eligible items (non-made-to-order items, or made-to-order items with a defect, damage, wrong item, or approved exception). Email us first before sending anything back, and we'll handle it quickly.

- We'll send return instructions within 1 business day
- Ship it back (you cover return shipping unless it's our mistake)
- We inspect and process your refund within 5-7 business days
