We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to return:
- Email us at support@luma-style.com with your order number
- We'll send return instructions within 1 business day
- Ship it back (you cover return shipping unless it's our mistake)
- We inspect and process your refund within 5-7 business days

Fabric & Design Our hoodies and apparel are made from 100% performance polyester with sublimation print. This is clearly noted on every product page. We don't accept returns based on fabric preference or design expectations—please review product details before ordering.
Sale & Promotional Items Items purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received something damaged or defective, we cover return shipping in full and process your refund immediately.
