If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@luma-style.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a full replacement or refund — no need to ship anything back, and no cost to you.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering, or email us first — we're happy to help you pick the right fit.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are final sale.
